Essex Merchants Group Founders
In the Spring of 2008, Vincent Caravella of The Scrapbook, Robert Coviello of Main Street Antiques, Tom Guertner of the former Periwinkles Restaurant and Ed Howard of Howard’s Flying Dragon Antiques got together to discuss a common goal: how to help the business community prosper and attract more visitors to Essex, MA. Today, Essex Merchants Group is a nonprofit 501(c)(6) organization with a membership of over 50 Essex businesses and organizations (all featured on this website) and continues to attract new members.
